Ellen Rowe is a pianist and composer on faculty at the Univ of Michigan where she is Associate Professor of Jazz Piano, Chair of Jazz and Contemporary Improvisation, and directs the Univ of Michigan Jazz Ensemble
Italian native Ada Rovatti divided her time studying saxophone with Joe Viola and George Garzone in Boston and in Italy where she worked with big bands. After touring Europe and Africa for a year, she moved to New York.
Philip Kuehn is a bassist, arranger, composer, and educator who has performed professionally with Wynton Marsalis, Harry Connick Jr., Jonathan Batiste, among many others. He is Director of Jazz Studies at Snow College.
Craig Yancey started with clarinet, picked up saxophone and majored in classical flute. He is active as an adjudicator/clinician for jazz, concert band, solo and ensemble festivals, and featured guest artist.
Jazz trumpeter and composer Randy Brecker has shaped the sound of Jazz, R&B, and rock. He has performed on hundreds of albums for artists including Frank Sinatra, James Taylor, Bruce Springsteen, Steeley Dan, and Frank Zappa.
Upon retiring from teaching Jazz Studies at St. Francis Xavier University in Nova Scotia, Canada, Terry O'Mahoney relocated to Louisville, Kentucky where he continues to teach and perform.
Greg Carroll is the President, CEO & Founder of Midnight Blue Jazz, a global jazz collective and executive consultancy. He is the past CEO of the American Jazz Museum and past Director of Jazz Studies at the Univ of Colorado, Boulder.
Ryan Meagher is a jazz guitarist and composer who grew up in San Jose, CA. He directs the jazz program at Lower Columbia College in Longview, Washington and teaches guitar at Mount Hood Community College.
